Dr. Frank Piro is a certified member of the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. He has been in private practice since 1991, when he joined Dr. James Brandt in the San Mateo community. After completing his pre-medical studies at the University of Santa Clara, he earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He then completed his Plastic Surgery training at St. Mary's Hospital in San Francisco, followed by his advanced residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at St Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco. Dr. Piro's practice focuses on cosmetic surgery. He has a well-established practice in facial and eyelid surgery, as well as breast surgery and body contouring utilizing the ultrasonic Liposelection by Vaser, the most advanced liposuction equipment available.
